This pack includes:

• Organic Brown Rice Miso (300g)
  Our signature everyday miso, ideal for classic miso soup and daily cooking.

• Organic Saikyo Miso (300g)
  A mild Kyoto-style cooking miso, perfect for sauces, marinades and creative dishes.

• Organic Honey Miso (300g)
  A sweet dengaku-style miso glaze, ideal for vegetables, tofu and marinades.

This set is ideal for first-time customers, gifts, or anyone who wants to explore the range of flavours and applications of miso.

All misos in this pack are organic, non-GMO and unpasteurised, providing a natural source of live cultures.

As our miso is naturally fermented and unpasteurised, online orders are packed in special breathable food-grade bags with valves to allow the product to continue maturing. On rare occasions, a small amount of liquid may escape during transit.
